Delivery

All products are posted through Royal Mail standard post/recorded (5-7 working days) or Parcel force 48 hours depending on price, weight and size. Parcels will be posted within 3 working days of purchase. Please note items will not be posted until payment has been received.

If you wish to collect your item in person please feel free to contact us and we can arrange this and remove/refund any postage costs.

Return​s Policy

Should you wish to return your purchase to us please notify us immediately (must be within 14 days of receipt). We will refund you 100% (excluding all postage costs), providing that the item is undamaged, unused and in its original condition. We will issue a refund upon the safe return of your item. Please note the product is your responsibility until we take safe receipt, therefore we recommend any returns are sent secure delivery and the value of the goods covered in the service you choose.

We do not cover any costs incurred in the postage of items returned.

Please note all returns must be received by ourselves within 30 days of the original transaction date to be eligable for any refund.

If your product is faulty please notify us immediately upon receipt (within 3 working days) and we will replace, offer an alternative or refund you.

Any information that you volunteer to us will be kept securely with access granted to 2 persons from our company along with our website hosts as required. We may use this information on occasion to email you new-letters or other promotional material from Beach Life Cornwall. If you wish to opt out please let us know.
